I have great respect for Jeff Gordon at EXIT Assurance Reality. In 2012, I bought and restored a waterfront house next to me on Knops Pond in Groton Massachusetts. We started the restoration project in March of 2012 and finished in September of 2012. At that time, I asked Jeff to look for tenants and within days, Jeff had a list of potential tenants who were vying to rent the house. Jeff sorted the list and rank-ordered the list and recommended whom he thought would be the best tenants thereby saving me the time and effort of interviewing each of them. That tenant worked out great. About two years later that tenant moved on and Jeff repeated the process. This time it was a young newly married couple who stayed for several years while they saved to buy a house and plan a family. When this lovely couple bought a house of their own, Jeff once again repeated the process, and I had a new tenant who stayed for about two years until he decided to remarry. Now I have a new tenant, who is a now a friend, who wanted to live in a waterfront home. Over the past nine years, Jeff has been a great help and friend in keeping my rental property occupied by great tenants. Thank you so much, Jeff.

Jeff’s service to us extends beyond that of just a realtor – we have come to count on Jeff as an overall consultant in so many areas. In terms of Jeff’s role in renting our apartment, in 16 years we have probably experienced no more than 3 months of vacancy total — his success rate at finding dependable tenants to fill vacancies very quickly is astonishing! Jeff Gordon. A Really Good Realtor. Early in 2020, I was called upon to reconstruct and renovate and sell my sister’s house in Devens, MA. I live in Cincinnati, OH, 900 miles away! Near completion of the work, Jeff was referred to me by the General Contractor doing the renovation. Jeff got in touch with me and provided invaluable information and guidance for the sale of the house, particularly with some of the nuances required by the State of MA. He has always been readily available by phone, text, and email. Though we have yet to meet, I consider Jeff a friend and valued real estate resource! We love our Realtor, Jeff Gordon! Jeff Gordon of EXIT Assurance Realty did the vast majority of the work to sell our house. He was such a joy to work with. He was technologically savvy and yet emotionally sensitive too. I would recommend him to my best friends and use him again myself if I could, but he won’t relocate to Texas… Something about loving this awesome town 🙂 His associate, Sadie Guichard, did the staging of our home. She too was phenomenal. Of course, half our stuff ended up hidden in the back of our basement, but we really learned alot from her. Her changes to our family room fixed the only thing people complained about with our house. And I tell ya, the house was much easier to clean without so many things out! Jeff’s whole EXIT office team was great, as every single time our house was shown, someone from his office (mostly Jeff) was there. “I would recommend him to my best friends.”

It’s challenging and stressful to buy or sell a home. We planned to do both. From the beginning, Jeff Gordon immersed himself in our plan and our needs. He sold our home within a month after listing while spending that month showing us homes to purchase. Our plan culminated in the particularly challenging purchase of a short-sale property that took 5 months to complete. The purchase would not have succeeded without Jeff’s guidance and assistance. We worked with Jeff Gordon of EXIT Assurance Realty to sell my parents’ house. This was our “childhood home” and was in the family for over 60 years, so there were lots of emotions as well as practical matters to deal with as we moved through the process of getting the house ready for sale and finding the right buyers. Jeff was with us every step of the way. He has an excellent command of the technological side of real estate marketing, a great eye for how to put the best features of the house forward and was reassuring and accessible throughout the process. We were able to find a buyer after only about 3 months on the market, thanks to Jeff’s hard work, and we were pleased with the price we got for the house. We chose Jeff Gordon to be our Buyer’s Agent after interviewing multiple local agents to help us with our Corporate Relocation from Pennsylvania. Knowing nothing of the area or the local home market, Jeff helped us through the entire process and made a potentially stressful December move into a success for our entire family. With an incredible knowledge of schools, towns, homes, commute times, parks, sports, scenic byways, businesses, utility companies, gardeners, inspectors, pest control experts, cleaners, plumbers, electricians, and anything or anyone else you possibly need to help you make a good decision or make your move easier, Jeff had all of the answers and all of the contacts. With only five days to find a home and make an offer, Jeff helped us to identify our needs and wants, prioritize them, and make a selection that was best for our entire family. Working with us from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM, with a constant positive attitude, he helped us work through many a tough day and many hard decisions. He made us feel as if we were his only priority and made sure we saw the homes we wanted to see, even if he had to convince the Listing Agents to meet us outside“normal” hours, or on their days off. Most amazing of all, his help did not end at closing. As the movers were moving in our furniture, Jeff was there asking what he could do to help. Whether it was milk for the children, keeping the family dog out of the way, the installation of a new front door lock, or getting the fireplaces working, Jeff rolled up his sleeves and helped to get us into our home. Jeff remains as reactive to our needs and questions today as the day we first called him, and he continues to help our family acclimate to our new community. He still responds to our calls, e-mails, and text messages, as if we were still actively searching for a home, even though we have long since moved in. As our seventh Corporate move, we have never seen a Realtor with this kind of genuine caring for his clients. We could not have picked a better partner for our move.

If you’re looking for a real estate professional who treats the relationship as a partnership and cares about customer service, Jeff Gordon is your guy. Jeff is a “plugged-in” realtor fully utilizing the internet, text messaging, and e-mail – definitely not “old school.” He’ll use all available modern tools to maintain communication and market your house. When it comes to the realtor-seller (or buyer I assume) relationship, I believe Jeff is unique. As an example, my family and I went away for a weekend of a scheduled Open House. We worked with Jeff Gordon for over a year to find our very first home. Unsure of what we wanted for our first home, Jeff helped us figure it out by showing us anything and everything we wanted to see. Jeff was very flexible with his schedule, which we appreciated greatly because our schedule was so tight. In the event that Jeff couldn’t show us a certain property, one of his team members did.
